Holy Terms & Conditions

I logged into my Royal Bank online account this morning and was informed that they had recently made changes to "the terms and conditions that govern your use of Online Banking." Fine. Whatever. And then I started to scroll. Amazed at the length of the document, I copied-and-pasted into Word to find that it is a 4,466-word document. Formatted at 10 point type, it is a full 10 pages long. To make matters worse, they make no attempt at highlighting what exactly has changed from the earlier terms and conditions to which I apparently agreed. Of course, I have to "review the agreement below and confirm your acceptance at the bottom by clicking the "I Agree" button." So I did. Like I have the time and the legal knowledge to review this document.

This is wrong.
